We're Gavin and Bailey Horne, a father-and-son team with a shared passion for technology and business. Since 1994 we've been building software, refining strategy and helping companies grow. With GEO Ready we've brought together decades of experience and the latest in AI technology so your business can get found and trusted.
Our Story
It started when our Google Ads took a dive. Traffic slowed down, conversions dropped, and the usual SEO tweaks didn't fix it. That's when we spotted the real problem. People weren't using search like they used to. They were asking ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity for help, and those AI tools were recommending different websites altogether. We've been building software since 1994, so we turned our own sites (geoready.app, pitchr.app and gtbsoftware.com) into testing grounds. Some ideas didn't work at all. Others made a huge difference. What worked became GEO Ready. Now it's helping other businesses get found in the new world of AI search.
